Refund policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

• The item received is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided on our website.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Exchanges will only be accepted for items that are defective or damaged. Change-of-mind exchanges are not permitted.

Refunds are only applicable to items purchased directly from PureFolio Australia. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Important: Do not return any goods without first contacting us at jackson@healthmg.com.au.

To initiate a return:

2. Include a copy of your original sales receipt.
